Those dashcams really do come in handy.
That accident can now easily be explained to the authorities.

I had a Mazda 626 decades ago and it had the slickest gear change of any car I have ever driven.
It was as sweet as a nut.
I am not sure about the Hyundai i10 gear change so you must be used to something more slicker.

It bugs me when people just park where they want without a thought for other people.
Have some stickers printed out and at the ready.
Stick them on the "offender's" windscreen, stand by and watch.
