An excellent idea.
I know many places where traffic lights are just a big inconvenience.

The police have a quota to fulfil, they will stop people for nothing.
They should really only stop you if they suspect a crime has been committed.
However, they just stop you for nothing in most cases.

I have heard these DAB radio broadcasts and they are very good.
You might need to add a bit bass or it might just have been the one I heard.

Section 59's are a curse that we have allowed to happen. The coppers only want to appear bigger than they are. The police are nothing really. They are public servants and are below you, never forget that because you are the public. With no right to appeal, this system means we live in a dictatorship...
