Re: Half of the MOT's Faults are Avoidable
Thanks for this Motor Mouth. I will bear this in mind. From now on I will check a few weeks before the MOT is due because I have failed on a head light before. They claim they tried to contact me but I got no messages off them. My car failed the MOT so I got the bulb changed and a free MOT at the sa...

Re: Last Land Rover Defender Rolls off the Line
This is a shame but we must move on.
The emphasis on emissions has become more prominent lately so it was inevitable.
You may have thought though that they could have modified the engine in some way.
A new engine perhaps.
I do hope the replacement becomes a similar icon.

Good luck with your Hyundai i10.

Re: Car Servicing - Main Dealers or Third Party Garages?
If you can afford the main dealers then go.
If you can't then shop around for the cheapest, its a matter of economics.

Re: Vauxhall Zafira - Possible Recall on Safety Grounds
The Vauxhall Zafira is a good car.
Its a good workhorse and they do have a 100,000 mile lifetime warranty so that's nothing to be laughed at.
I hope they sort the problem out for the current owners.
