Re: Jeremy Clarkson Issues An Apology

I don't buy this racist thing. Apparently, Clarkson had been accused of being racist for saying Irish c***. Come off it, it can be proved that the British and Irish are one and the same race so how on earth can this happen? Honestly, this political correctness lark has to be kicked into touch. What ...

Re: My car is a Hyundai i10

Well I think the Hyundai i10 a good car. It runs on fresh air as well with little road tax. I need something bigger so around April I will be starting to look for another. I have nothing in mind right now but I will have to dip into my pocket. I don't need more than five seats just need a bit more r...

Re: Car Servicing - Main Dealers or Third Party Garages?

Cheers everyone. I have had the car serviced at the Hyundai main dealers I asked them to match the £100.00 service that my local quoted. They said they would not match that price as it was not a Hyundai dealership! Anyway after a bit of negotiation I did manage to get a discount of 20% That was £142...

Re: Residents Parking

I tell the inconsiderate parkers to get lost.
I am not too bothered about anyone who parks outside my house as its not my road but those who block my driveway and I have had a few of those in my time.

Re: Police Can Detect You Using Mobile Whilst Driving

I am sure with modern technology that one day every car will have some form of communication device built in. These will be all voice activated like some very expensive cars have now. I think the police, bless them, are really concerned about the hand held mobile phones and those people silly enough...

Re: Vauxhall Zafira - Possible Recall on Safety Grounds

There you go, you heard it here first.
Faulty replacement parts are the problem on the Vauxhall Zafira.
No need to worry unless your car heating and or ventilation system was ever repaired.
I always wanted a Zafira but couldn't afford one at the time.

Re: Dashboard Cams Are Useful

I got a cheap dashboard video camera from ebay it was £15.00. I use it often now and within a few days I had a moron who just wouldn't give way and gave all sorts of hand gestures when he put us both in danger. I gave way in the end when clearly he should have. When I told him I captured it all on t...

Winter Motoring and Car Checks Does anyone here check their cars out in the winter or do people wait until its too late? I check the tyres have plenty of tread and have the correct pressure. I make sure there are no leaks and top up the fluids like the washer bottle with a winter cleaning solution ...
