Section 59 Warnings
Re: Section 59 Warnings
What happens if you get two Section 59's
Re: Section 59 Warnings
You won't.Wheelspin wrote:What happens if you get two Section 59's
You get one and the next time they catch you doing something 'anti-social' in a car with a Section 59 attached to it they take the car away from you.
This way, they get you to pay £150.00 to get it back.
Look at it like a fine.
They might do other stuff as well like take you to court!

Watch out for bored coppers who are on the look out for an easy game.
Has anyone noticed how coppers drive at 26 miles an hour round the town.
So annoying!

The police do seem to drive around the back streets very slowly.
I started to notice this a few years ago.

I think this is to check your number plate.
My other car is a Reliant Robin and you can say what you like!
Re: Section 59 Warnings
Section 59's are a curse that we have allowed to happen.
The coppers only want to appear bigger than they are.
The police are nothing really.
They are public servants and are below you, never forget that because you are the public.
With no right to appeal, this system means we live in a dictatorship.
'You are guilty cos I saw you go faster than the speed limit'.
Oh yeah, they have a built in speed radar in their helmets.
