Child Found Alive In Car 14 Hours After Crash

Fishermen on the Spanish Fork River in Utah, USA discovered a car had crashed and ended up in the river. Upon checking they found the kid was upside down strapped to a car seat above the freezing water and was still alive. The mother did not survive unfortunately.

Apparently the car crashed through a barrier and into the river below after a visit to the child's grandmothers house.

You could say in some respects the child was very lucky but will have to go through life without a mother.
How very tragic for a truly beautiful young mum and the child involved.
Rest in peace.

Such a sad story in many ways. Hopefully the child will be mentally able to handle all this later in life.

The kid will be alright and will grow up none the wiser until the child is at an age to cope with everything.
Of course, with the internet the kid may find out sooner.
