Buzz Lightyear On British Roads

Congratulations to a man who used to be called, Sam Stephens, from Bideford in Devon
He loved Toy Story so much that he has changed his name to Buzz Lightyear.
After arguing with the DVLA for over a year they have been forced to change his name on the licence.
Now we have a real Buzz Lightyear who can legally drive on the UK roads.

In the UK you can assume any name you like and also change it legally.
If it took the DVLA one year to change his licence then this is the shocking bit!
