Audi Slapped For Racy Advert For New Car

In this day and age we have to accept political correctness .... don't we :headscratch:
Well, Audi have had to cancel an advert for their new R8 sports car for being too racy :whack:
Not the saucy type but the association of speed with excitement.
The advertising standards authority (ASA) upheld a complaint from a viewer and slapped Audi's hand.
British television allows people to complain about adverts to the ASA and they decide if it is suitable for TV or not.
It takes all sorts I suppose but hey, take a look yourself ... if you can afford such a car :rolling:

Blinkin' ell.
We all know that sex used to sell cars and they stopped all that but this sort of censorship is not on.

What a useless bunch of people for banning an advert like this.
I think it is artistic.
