I pulled away and turned right then I noticed a car had turned into the same street as me.
Then I realised it was the coppers.
Within 100 yards they put on their blue lights and so I pulled over.
Is this your car, sir blah blah.
Just a quick spot check have you got your documents with you blah blah.
I never carry them so I had to sit in the back of his car.
They done their checks and within two minutes I was on my way.
This was a totally random stop by some bored traffic cops.
Fuming I was :argument:
Anyone else been stopped for nothing?

I wouldn't worry about getting a spot check from the police.
I had one.
All they want to know is if you have the right licence and insurance and if your car is old enough, a valid MOT.
You have problems if you have not got the right documentation.
But then again, we all have haven't we ;)

Don't you just hate it when the police pull you over for nothing!
I had a police stop last night and he only checked three of my tyres with his hand.

I think the police stop you when they get bored.
Don't they have quotas as well?

The police have a quota to fulfil, they will stop people for nothing.
They should really only stop you if they suspect a crime has been committed.
However, they just stop you for nothing in most cases.
